We are looking for hands-on owner/operators who are willing to undertake an eight-week intensive training program for owners and managers. We seek the self-starter that will be almost fanatical in our key areas of QUALITY, SERVICE, CLEANLINESS and ATTITUDE. Our business model is predicated on local ownership and management of restaurants.
Brown’s is unique in the chicken segment of the restaurant industry. We have three separate marketing channels within our concept: proprietary Brown’s-branded fried chicken, a full line of chicken and Chicago-style sandwiches, and a comprehensive catering program that places us among the city’s largest caterers. Since adding Chicago-Style sandwiches to our menu in late 2006, our system has grown to become the second largest quick service restaurant chain in the Chicago market selling such sandwiches.
