Brown’s is growing and committed to controlled expansion of new store sites and the redevelopment of our current restaurant locations. We are looking for hands-on owner/operators who are willing to undertake an eight week intensive training program for the owners and managers. We seek the self-starter that will to be fanatical in the key areas of QUALITY, SERVICE, CLEANLINESS and ATTITUDE. Our business model is predicated on locally based ownership and management of the restaurants.

Brown’s is unique in the chicken segment of the restaurant industry. We have three separate marketing channels within our concept: proprietary Brown’s branded fried chicken, a full line of chicken and Chicago-style sandwiches, and a comprehensive catering program that places us among the city’s largest caterers. In adding Chicago-Style sandwiches to our menu in late 2006, our system has grown to become the second largest quick service restaurant chain in the Chicago market to sell Chicago-style sandwiches. Now watch us grow!

The introduction of Chicago-style sandwiches to Brown’s existing operation has sparked new sales and customer opportunities. Operating within the same facility that houses our primary and original restaurant concept, the Chicago- style sandwich menu brings new day part traffic to the location. Brown’s traditional fried chicken-based business is largely supported by the dinner day part. The Chicago-style sandwich line opens the lucrative lunch and fringe day part markets to the franchise.
